Alright, I'm originally from Cincinnati and Rent is about $1,011/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $279,400 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. TIA! The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up.
