Twin Falls in the winter -how bad?

I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $60,760 in Twin Falls. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What do you all think? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem solid.

I've been here 1 years and it's exactly what I was looking for. The thing nobody mentions is food scene. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the nightlife is legit. And if you're into surfing, this place is average.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The The Heights side vs the Meadowbrook side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
