So, Military spouse here. Poverty rate is 8.7%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,011/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. TIA! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
