I'm a college student here and Crime rate is something to consider -Twin Rivers sits at 125.2 per 100K. The median home value here is around $273,900, which seems about average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What do you all think? Appreciate any input. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
