I've been here for 3 years and Household incomes average around $98,831 in Twin Rivers. With a population of 8,315, Twin Rivers is a small town. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is tough. Tons of great Indian places. I have mixed feelings honestly.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a writer who relocated here from Baltimore about 10 years ago. The main reasons were a fresh start and cost of living.
Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Strong job market in several industries
- Affordable housing options
Cons that are real:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Limited high-paying job options
Financially, we've found it improving compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are pricey, gas is better than expected.
Socially, it exceeded my expectations. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.
I've been here 1 years and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The thing nobody mentions is traffic. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the cost of living is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is surprisingly good.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Eastside side vs the Cedar Grove side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
