Anyone else feel this way? Been living here since 2007. Crime rate is something to consider -Twinsburg sits at 89.0 per 100K. With a population of 19,346, Twinsburg is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 19,346 people. You can expect to pay around $1,323 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thanks! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
