Anyone work in healthcare in Tyler?
Hey, I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 108K, Tyler is a mid-size city. Homes are going for about $216,400 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
