Just moved to Tysons, any tips?

Been meaning to ask this. I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 28,022, Tysons is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 28,022 people. Median household income is $129,189, which feels pretty solid for the area. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Has anyone dealt with this? The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development.

As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. housing market used to be much manageable but now it's average.

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. the quality of life is solid.

Hot take but it exceeded my expectations. I know a lot of people disagree but after 1 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.

I've been here 2 years and it's been a really good experience overall. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the weather is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is tough.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The The Heights side vs the Midtown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Hope this helps!.
