What surprised you most about Tysons?

So, I relocated for work and The median home value here is around $640,500, which is pretty steep. You can expect to pay around $2,478 for rent here. Household incomes average around $129,189 in Tysons. Crime rate is something to consider -Tysons sits at 48.4 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. pet-friendliness used to be much stable but now it's average.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want dating scene, then yeah this place is great. But if nightlife matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
