Alright, Homes are going for about $108,500 on average. It's a a small town city with about 5,221 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What are your go-to spots? Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
