Most overrated things about Union City

Been meaning to ask this. Military spouse here. The median home value here is around $223,100, which is actually reasonable. Rent is about $1,213/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Anyone in a similar situation?

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's exactly what I was looking for. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
