So, My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 66,375, Union City is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $446,800 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 66,375 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Union City sits at 281.9 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
