Best restaurants in Union City?

Curious what people think. I'm a 26-year-old pharmacist and Rent is about $1,489/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Union City sits at 281.9 per 100K. With a population of 66,375, Union City is a smaller city. Household incomes average around $65,369 in Union City. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Is this normal for Union City? The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.

I've been here 12 years and it's exactly what I was looking for. The thing nobody mentions is housing market. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the traffic is legit. And if you're into kayaking, this place is decent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Old Town side vs the Greenfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I genuinely enjoy living here. Internet is average in most areas.
