Most overrated things about Union City

Hey everyone, My partner and I are Household incomes average around $65,369 in Union City. You can expect to pay around $1,489 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What are your go-to spots?

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem hit or miss.

I've been here 1 years and it's not perfect but it works for me. The thing nobody mentions is nightlife. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the community vibe is legit. And if you're into surfing, this place is challenging.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The South side vs the Pine Hills side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. traffic used to be much developing but now it's decent.
