Best areas to explore in Union Gap?

Just moved here 3 months ago and The median home value here is around $186,200, which is actually reasonable. Household incomes average around $58,958 in Union Gap. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here?

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 10 years ago from Charlotte and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Oak Park. It's surprisingly good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in consulting. If you're in engineering you might struggle.

People: Generally challenging. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like Southern.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

As someone who grew up here, I love the pace of life here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. school system used to be much established but now it's excellent.
