Biggest downsides of living in Uniondale?

Hi all, Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $511,300 on average. Household incomes average around $115,037 in Uniondale. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Has anyone dealt with this? Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to Pittsburgh it's challenging.
