Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and You can expect to pay around $838 for rent here. Rent is about $838/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cheers.

I've been living here for 5 years and I'd say I genuinely enjoy living here. The cost of living is improving compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.
