Best areas to explore in Unionville?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 3 months ago and The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 6,826 people. Homes are going for about $312,200 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I overthinking this? TIA! The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 1 years and the quality of life is solid. The thing nobody mentions is public transit. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the traffic is legit. And if you're into running, this place is average.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Highland side vs the East side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..
