Internet providers in University CDP (Orange County)?
Random thought, I'm retired and Household incomes average around $59,322 in University CDP (Orange County). Poverty rate is 13.9%, which is around average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I've lived in Eastside for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from New York, I was surprised by housing market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Four distinct seasons
- The safety scene is solid
The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Urban sprawl is real

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. safety used to be much stable but now it's excellent.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Internet is improving in most areas.
