Longtime lurker here, I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $76,466 in University City. With a population of 34,655, University City is a smaller city. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Has anyone dealt with this? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
