Hey, I'm single, late 50s, and Rent is about $1,265/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
