Housing in University City compared to Las Vegas

Born and raised here. Rent is about $1,265/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The community vibe is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..
