Not sure if this has been asked before, but Born and raised here. Median household income is $76,466, which feels about average for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Would love some local perspective. TIA! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. pet-friendliness used to be much manageable but now it's decent.
