Hello, Military spouse here. With a population of 34,655, University City is a smaller city. Crime rate is something to consider -University City sits at 544.2 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What would you do? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
