Hello, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Household incomes average around $250,001 in University Park. Homes are going for about $1,766,700 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What would you do? Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
