Just moved here 6 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider -University Place sits at 258.2 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. TIA! There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
