How is University Place for outdoor activities?

Hey, I grew up here but left for a while. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development.

My experience has been mostly positive. I genuinely enjoy living here. The only thing I'd watch out for is cultural scene. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..
