First post here. Been living here since 2024. You can expect to pay around $1,480 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Upper Arlington sits at 33.6 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any advice would be great. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
