OK so We're a young couple and It's a a small town city with about 17,162 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Upper Grand Lagoon sits at 921.9 per 100K. Household incomes average around $73,438 in Upper Grand Lagoon. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I wrong here? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development.
