Moving to Upper Grand Lagoon -what should I know?

Hello, Household incomes average around $73,438 in Upper Grand Lagoon. Rent is about $1,570/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $351,400 on average. Average temperature is around 70--F, so the weather is moderate. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. What would you do? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I've been living here for 1 years and I'd say I'm still on the fence after all this time. The dating scene is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..
