Unpopular opinion about Upper Grand Lagoon

Not sure if this has been asked before, but You can expect to pay around $1,570 for rent here. Rent is about $1,570/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I wrong here?

Public transit is challenging here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
