Hey everyone, I'm a remote worker and Homes are going for about $968,200 on average. Rent is about $2,290/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What do you all think? The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
