Not sure if this has been asked before, but I relocated for work and The median home value here is around $968,200, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $2,290/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
