Housing in Urbana compared to Kansas City

Hi all, I'm originally from Indianapolis and Median household income is $45,854, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Any advice would be great. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I genuinely enjoy living here. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
