OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $911/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What would you do? Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Definitely worth checking out..

As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. weather used to be much affordable but now it's pretty good.
