Most overrated things about Urbana

Household incomes average around $66,768 in Urbana. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thoughts? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I work in tech here and I have mixed feelings honestly. The job market for my field is hit or miss. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Bought a house here in 2023 and it's exactly what I was looking for. Property values have gone about the same since then.
