Alright, Been living here since 2023. Homes are going for about $155,400 on average. The median home value here is around $155,400, which is actually reasonable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What would you do? Looking forward to hearing from you all. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
