Living in Urbandale -the reality

So, Poverty rate is 4.5%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development.

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The housing market is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..
