Most overrated things about Urbandale

First post here. I grew up here but left for a while. Crime rate is something to consider -Urbandale sits at 62.9 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's not perfect but it works for me. Happy to answer more specific questions..
