I'm a college student here and Rent is about $984/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $216,800, which is actually reasonable. Median household income is $55,524, which feels about average for the area. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I overthinking this?
