Hey folks, I grew up here but left for a while. Median household income is $50,967, which feels on the lower side for the area. Homes are going for about $131,600 on average. Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Appreciate any input. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
