I'm originally from Minneapolis and Poverty rate is 5.3%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $2,227 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
