First post here. We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $334,500, which seems about average. With a population of 12,789, Vadnais Heights is a small town. Rent is about $1,342/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Thoughts? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
