Cost of living reality check -Vail
I'm retired and Homes are going for about $367,500 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is traffic. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..
