Longtime lurker here, I'm a 47-year-old sales rep and It's a a small town city with about 3,065 people. With a population of 3,065, Vails Gate is a small town. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Anyone in a similar situation? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
