Val Verde Park quality of life -am I missing something?

Hey, Household incomes average around $59,476 in Val Verde Park. It's a a small town city with about 3,197 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What would you do? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cultural scene, then yeah this place is great. But if cultural scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Moved here from Atlanta about 8 years ago. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Still getting used to pet-friendliness but Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
