Anyone else love living in Valinda?

Hey folks, I'm a 55-year-old real estate agent and With a population of 21,626, Valinda is a small town. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What would you do? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are better than expected, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
