Quick question about Vallejo

First post here. Median household income is $89,496, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $2,013 for rent here. The median home value here is around $557,500, which is pretty steep. Homes are going for about $557,500 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Does this match your experience? The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say I'm still on the fence after all this time. The walkability is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want weather, then yeah this place is great. But if healthcare matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
