You can expect to pay around $1,160 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 12,370 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Would love some local perspective. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
