First post here. I'm retired and It's a a smaller city city with about 38,820 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Has anyone dealt with this? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
